Loyalty Hub provides a customer loyalty management platform for small businesses. The Service includes tools for managing points systems, rewards, stamp cards, membership tiers, and customer engagement campaigns.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One business may have multiple staff accounts with different permission levels

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit harmful code or interfere with the Service
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
